About Us

Noelle RoeNoelle Roe,LCMFT, RPT

Noelle graduated from Friends University with a Master of Science in Family Therapy and she is a Clinically Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Registered Play Therapist. She received the Delta Kappa Outstanding Service Award when she graduated.

In addition to her Master's program and play therapy training, Noelle has training in EMDR, Theraplay level 1 and 2, Infant Mental Health, and Advanced Sandtrays.

Noelle has experience working with infants, toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She has worked with a wide range of presenting issues including: depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavior problems, trauma, PTSD, attachment concerns, parental divorce, abuse, grief, and communication problems.

Jeff CoburnJeff Coburn,LCMFT, RPT


Jeff Coburn graduated from Friends University with a Master of Science in Family Therapy and currently holds a license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist. In addition to his Master's program and play therapy training, Jeff has training in EMDR and Anger Replacement Training.

Jeff has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Angela GoodsonAngela Goodson

Angela is a graduate of Friends University with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Angela helps individuals, couples, and families learn to live with integrity and purpose. She especially enjoys working with couples and families who are looking for more vibrant, honest, and peaceful relationships. She is trained to work with couples using Gottman Level II training and Couples Communication. 

Angela values utilizing clients' own spiritual resources in therapy as a source of healing. Angela works with couples, families, preteens, teenagers, and adults. She has experience working with the presenting issues of depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, behavioral issues, and communication problems.

Sarah Beardslee holds a License in Professional Counseling (LPC). She earned Bachelors degrees in Psychology and Religion/Philosophy from Friends University (2007), and her Masters in Counseling from Regent University (2010). Sarah has worked in community mental health, residential, group home, and clinical settings for those diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, mood disorders, drug and alcohol abuse, developmental, and/or intellectual disabilities.  She has also worked with churches to provide professional Christian counseling for individuals and couples.  

Sarah enjoys working with individuals, couples, and groups (13+) experiencing depression, anxiety, anger, behavioral problems, trauma, guilt, abuse, self-harm, grief, parenting issues, and phobias.  She assists couples, both pre-marital and married, to develop healthy communication, forgiveness, intimacy, meeting each other’s needs, and repairing hurts related to divorce, affair, or other relational challenges. 

Sarah is committed to providing a safe space for each person to feel valued, respected, and heard. For those interested, she integrates a Christian perspective into her counseling, tailored to each person’s desired level of integration.  Regardless of your views of faith, religion, or spirituality, Sarah provides high quality care and professionalism as she works alongside you in achieving your goals for therapy.   

Sarah is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), and the Kansas Mental Health Association (KMHA).
